void

terms

Updated 2026-10-28. Void is made by Loopware LLC, Wyoming, United States.

Void lets you control software on your own Mac from your phone. These terms say what that means for you and for us.

the licence

Void is licensed to you, not sold. The licence is Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. These terms add to it. If they conflict, these terms apply to the extra points they cover. The Void Mac app is free and comes from this site; these terms cover it too. Open-source parts of Void keep their own licences, listed in the app (Settings, about, acknowledgements) and printed by voidd licenses on your Mac.

your Mac and your agents are yours to look after

Void sends what you type and what you approve to your Mac. When you approve a request, you allow the agent to run that command on your computer, with your permissions. You are responsible for your Mac, for the tools that run on it, for the permissions you give them and for what they do. Read what you approve. Use read-only mode and the Face ID lock if you share your phone, and the kill switch on the Mac (voidd lock) if you need to cut access at once.

use it on your own computers

Use Void only with computers you own or are allowed to control. Do not use it to access anyone else's computer, to get around anyone's security, or to break the law or the terms of the tools you control through it.

other people's names

Void is not made by, or connected to, Anthropic, OpenAI, Apple or Tailscale. You need your own accounts and plans for the tools you run, including any voice or AI service you set up on your Mac, and you must follow their terms. If you use account switching on your Mac, use it only with accounts that are yours, and only as the terms of the service they belong to allow. Their names and marks belong to them.

Void Pro

Void is free to try. Void Pro unlocks acting on your agents: sending input, approving, starting and renaming sessions, alerts, Live Activity and widgets, media and files, stats and usage.

what we promise, and what we do not

We build Void with care, and we fix what we can. Void comes as it is. We do not promise that it is free of errors, that it will always reach your Mac, or that an alert will always arrive. Agents can do damage when they run commands. To the extent the law allows, Loopware LLC is not liable for lost data, damage to your computers, lost time or any indirect loss that comes from using Void or from what an agent does on your Mac. Nothing in these terms limits what the law does not allow us to limit.

changes and ending

We may update Void and these terms. If a change matters, we say so in the app. You can stop using Void at any time by deleting it and cancelling any subscription. We may stop offering Void, and if we do we will give notice in the app.

law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, with disputes resolved in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, apart from the mandatory consumer rights of the place where you live.
